there are 2 attempts to make a GUI for cbm4win: gui4cbm4win
(http://www.jammingsignal.com/gui4cbm4win/) which is Visual Basic
(unfortunately for cross platform), as well as another one (Project
name: "cbmgui") which has not been released so far. This later one is
based on Java, thus, it might be possible to let it run on Linux.

Unfortunately, I have not hear from the author since mid of December.
Anyway, if you like, I can try to point him to you (or you to him).
