Yes, the Commander _definitely_ copies several ROM routines into the RAM
and puts an RTS to their end, thus creating a (sometimes patched)
subroutine version of some useful routine...

However, until now, I haven't heard of confirmed problems whose reason was
a hardware/software incompatibility... Bye,
