I think we should consider removing the option to "Perform multiple orientation analysis" for projects with the run scope set to Addition and/or Alteration. First this selection is not logical and my not be allowed by the Energy Standards and second it provide inaccurate results. I ran our EAA sample with front acing 0, 90, 180, 270 and Cardinal and documented four different compliance margins.

If I am reading your comments correctly, your second ruleset change should be undone.
"- Add rulelist to reset 'Proj:AllOrientation'' if 'IsAddAlone' is true. This condition isn't part of the original ticket discussion, but I modify it based on my understanding - If the project is add alone analysis, the orientation shouldn't be rotated. If this change doesn't make sense to you, please let me know. I will revise it."

Don't do anything yet. I think this change to addition alone is good as well. Cardinal compliance would not apply to an addition alone or an existing+addition.
