Steel framed walls work OK. Steel framed floors and ceilings generate a construction with no framing, just insulated cavity. This computes a U in CBECCr, runs fine in CSE and generates results and reports. The problem is that the steel frame U is incorrectly lower than the comparable wood frame U and compliance results show a credit rather than the penalty that would be generated if the steel framing was included.
Steel Frame Ceilings and Floor should be made unavailable until the algorithms are fixed.

Steel Framed floors & ceilings removed from CBECC-Res 2013 ver 3 (646) - 8/22/14 PM
These options were removed w/ no backward compatibility adjustment, so that users would be alerted to the issue. Here is what the project log shows in a model w/ steel framed floors and/or ceilings is pulled into the new version:
2014-Aug-22 12:21:12 - ERROR - reading file: Cons 'Ext [r19] Floor' property Type = Steel Framed Floor
2014-Aug-22 12:21:12 - ERROR - reading file: Cons '[r38] Ceiling below attic' property Type = Steel Framed Ceiling
In both cases, the Cons:Type re-defaults to wood-framed.
