SEER/EER/HSPF HERS verifications are being reported on the PRF-01 for values greater than 14/11.7/8.2 for VCHP systems (systems that meet the VCHP requirements and are taking the credit). These efficiencies don't affect VCHP compliance so they shouldn't be flagged for HERS verification like they are for other system types.
