#1244 Fixed roof mount reporting change needed

Field Da04 reports as "Fixed (roof mount)" but this is not a user specification. Plan checkers are asking for this to read "ground mount" so we want a generic "Fixed mount" or just "Fixed" for this field:
<da04_arraytype>FixedArray</da04_arraytype>

This value is pulled from the schema and requires an edit to ResHvac.ArrayType. Assigning this to Diane for change to the base schema

ResHvac.ArrayType vallue FixedArray now has a display term of "Fixed". This will be in the next ResHvac schema I post to SourceForge
