#1242 XML Reporting: Solar Water Heating

The following solar water heating system information needs to be reported in the CF1RPRF01E.xml for downstream compliance documents.

This information should be reported in Section_Tsh of the CF1RPRF01E.xml:

Rating Program - SRCC OG-100 vs. SRCC OG-300

The attached Word document was sent around for review (had 3-4 days). OG-100 reporting needs no changes, OG-300 minor changes to add n/a to reporting. I am also attaching ribd, xml and CF1R files.

In CF1R-PRF report schema, I added Tsh11_SolarWaterHeatingCertificationType (values: OG100, OG300), and added NotApplicableMessage choice to Tsh03, Tsh05-Tsh09 to use if Tsh11 is OG300. This will be in the next schema I post to SourceForge
