#1240 ADU Fan CFM needs error check

Needs error checking (like there is for new constructiono) for meeting the required CFM on the ADU IAQ fans. Modeled 1 CFM. Screen says it does not comply, but should flag an error "Error: Minimum IAQ Ventilation NOT MET: 27.0 CFM required, 1.0 entered (CFM). Review inputs on the IAQ tab of the Project data dialog box."
