#1238 Garage Doors U-factor from JA4.5.1

At some appropriate time, change the garage door U-factor from 1.0 to 1.45 (value from JA4.5.1). Very involved with no effect on compliance. Requires changing software standard design, ACM Reference Manual, example files, any TDS files with garage. Will need to notify EnergyPro, Right Energy, consultants. I think the soonest opportunity would be during the move to 2022 standards.
