  1. When 47 degree and 17 degree capacities are required (this means all but ground source HP, which only asks for generic capacity), the 17 degree capacity needs to be optional (this is how VCHP is set up). If 17 degree capacity is not input by user, standard and proposed will use auto-sizing for this value.
  2. Using auto-sizing for standard design, any deficiency in the capacity of the proposed system will be made up by electric resistance heat. This will be different than current treatment for ductless minisplit, multisplit, VRF, Room HP, and Ground source HP which are presently unaffected by capacity.
  3. Trigger “verified capacity” (Ea03) for all heat pump types.
  4. If 17 degree capacity is blank, change: <yhers09_verificationrequiredcapacity17f>false</yhers09_verificationrequiredcapacity17f>
  5. Change reporting of Y07 from blank to n/a when 17 degree capacity is not reported.

Attached are a spreadsheet (in case it helps) and files for all of the current HP types.

    1. Trigger “verified capacity” (Ea03) for all heat pump types - done and checked into SVN @ r2018 as part of tic #1254
