#1233 ADU floor area and bedrooms

When a project is not an ADU, report the ADU floor area and bedrooms as n/a rather than 0 (EnergyPro request). This is inconsistent and I don't know why. When A23 ADUIncluded:None, they want A24 ADUBedroom=0, ADUFloorArea=0 to be A24 and A25_NotApplicableMessage: n/a.

The milestone shown here is 2019.next and when this file is run on the SVN version it reports as is described above. This change is already made as shown in the latest attachment.
Ifyou want this to be modified in the current release, then this will require additional logic in the existing report template becasue the n/a values are not reported in the current xml.
