Standard design models of multifamily projects are always modeled with ducts in conditioned space (as opposed to the normal default location of attic), which according to the 2019 standard (sec 150.1c1a) allows for roof/ceiling insulation to meet the less efficient Option C requirement.

Implementing this change will result in the following differences in standard design MFam models (as compared to current std design):
CZs 4,8-16 - remove R19 insulation below roof deck
CZs 4,8-15 - add radiant barrier to roof construction
CZs 2,4,8-10 - reduce ceiling-below-attic insulation from R38 to R30
