Add PTAC and PTHP to CBECC as system type options. Initially, leave current standard equal proposed condition in place and just get the rating values and equipment types in the software.
For both of these equipment types 1 UI change needed: 1. PTAC's HVAC System Data under Cooling System remove 350.0 CFM/ton;
CF1R/XML Changes: for both remove from HERS reporting Refrig Chg, and from HVAC Table set Refrig Chg to No. For PTHP in the HVAC table add "n/a" to 17 degree cap. and SEER.

Uncertain exactly when the final mods were made to address the issues identified in comments above, but UI and reporting appears corrected in the 2019.1.3 SP1 release (SVN r1978, Nov-2020) and in the latest SVN r2018

No word yet on label wording or ACM descriptions and no discussions yet re: CF1R reporting updates (& no schema updates initiated).
