When old MF inputs with Minimum Exhaust as the IAQ input, the wrong W/CFM is used in both the Standard and Proposed. The conversion is to stay with the Minimum Exhaust and note that enclosure leakage must be verified. However, CBECC then gives both the Proposed and Standard a 0.6 W/CFM exhaust fan (the W/CFM for the new Balanced fan alternative). Both should be 0.3 W/CFM.

    mods made in addressing IAQ HRV for 2019.2.0 (tic #1174) also corrected this issue where all MFam IAQ fan power was defaulting to 0.6 W/CFM.
    2019.1.3 release to be kept same as prior releases, w/ default of 0.25 W/CFM regardless of IAQ fan type.
