Bug present in the CBECC-Res 2019.1.2 release prevents the use of the latest CSE DHWSystem branch loss model (when EnableResearchMode is not activated).
This problem causes a less accurate branch loss calculation method to be used for all central DHW systems (proposed, standard & design rating runs).

    This problem was fixed in SVN r1717 (trunk - 3/9/20), along with several other fixes and enhancements.
