CBECC-Res is not reporting verified/altered cathedral ceilings correctly. There is no Verified/Altered section at the bottom of the XML dedicated to cathedral ceilings.

We will need to add a new section to the XML for verified/altered cathedral ceiling reporting. In that new section we will report the existing construction information that is to be verified (like we are currently doing for verified/altered walls).

    Report processing modifications are required to include this new section. CF1RPRF XSD has already been modified and checked in as of r1790
