Files are keeping battery credit even after battery is removed. It shows a 9.9 Total EDR margin when it should be 2.5. Something is remaining in the file and it is EXTREMELY hard to know, find, correct. A file with battery and self utilization credit has 15.5, removing features one at a time and in #3 I removed battery. It still shows oversizing 33% and a 9.9 Total EDR margin (I think it is when I use "standard design"). Tried many things, then if I zero out the whole PV system and start over it finally reflects the correct 2.5 but it was because I picked "use specified." When I put in 2 and standard, it is back to 9.9.
All five models run in latest SVN (2019.2.0, SVN r1783, 5/15/20) and no problems were found. Attached below are each compliance report and spreadsheet w/ summary of inputs and results.
It is possible that the issue w/ Self Utilization sticking around when it shouldn't was resolved between ver 2019.1.2 (SVN r1118, ~1/22/20) and now.
PV oversizing in runs 1-3&5 are as expected due to user input of "Standard Design" PV Scaling. This selection overrides the normal 1xPropElecUse (non-battery) PV size limit and causes messages to this effect in compliance report.
If I missed some analysis/results issue here, please make sure to include report or screen graphic highlighting the specific bug.
