#1183 Bedroom Count on AdditionOnly Scope

When CF1RPRF-BEES XML field A12 = AdditionOnly
Then A13 (BedroomCount) must be B05+B06 / or match what AdditionAlteration uses because that scope is correct. The attached file should show 5. [let me know if you need an AdditionAlteration for comparison]

MInor error in spec: should not be B05+B06 but B04+B05 to equal 5. The template is revised to have A13 report the value from B06:
