The default is 0.25 w/CFM. In EDR it can make a huge difference. Either remove default and require actual or make it a more realistic "default". If 0.99 is actual we should not allow 0.25. This example file it makes 2.2 difference in Total EDR.

Just posted to SourceForge ResHvac schema changes with new properties for low/high rated fan flow capacity and SRE/ASRE values, and CF1R-PRF schema with new fields for section Ee IAQ Fans with this data.

New default should be equal to the Standard Design W/CFM (0.3 for Single Family or 0.6 for Multifamily)

Dealing with old files with potentially default 0.25 W/CFM data:

If file is from a version prior to 2019.2.0 and IAQ W/CFM = 0.25 : Blast IAQ W/CFM and require user to input new value.

LoadModelAdjustments rule to override old default IAQFan:WperCFMIAQ of 0.25 and replace w/ new 0.3-0.6 default (only for 2019.2.0+ releases)
