#1151 Duct location error

Related to #1062, this addition has no attic, only a small amount of crawl space, over a large slab addition. Ducts are in conditioned space. Generates error that crawl space < 15% of total conditioned area. Originally an EnergyPro 2016 file, tried in 2019 to confirm it is still a problem.

This is a different error, but also duct location. Supply duct area (75.87) of distribution system . . . is too large to fit in the attic "Std Design CathClg Attic. max area = 53.596. This is a nonducted heating, no cooling. There is no attic. Shouldn't the ducts be in the conditioned space.

Same issue, but this is minisplit equipment. No attic. Put hypothetical ducts in conditioned space.

ruleset fix checked into SVN @ r1908

• mods ensure ducts not located in attic when std design attic created but not fully defaulted (downsized for attic edge insulation) at the time HVAC system created and ducts located for simulation

Note: standard design model attics for these models simulated as being Outside, not in conditioned space.
