Currently WHF airflow is simulated at 1/3 of input value and we plan to change this value in the next 2019 version. This is a placeholder ticket to get this on the team's radar.

The actual value we'd like to change to is not determined, but will be updated on this ticket once we get a final decision from CEC management.

Currently non-HERS verified WHFs get an additional 1/3 reduction in simulated airflow. We may want to change this value at the same time and will update this ticket with that info once we have a decision.
