#1062 No Cooling duct error with mix of floor types

No cooling system ducts causing error. There is just enough raised floor to cause the problem (NoCoolDuctLoc1). Originally an EnergyPro file with 2 zones and 564 slab, 307 over garage, 201 raised exterior. So there is no floor over crawl but error is "DuctsCrawl is not valid when crawl space area < 15% of total conditioned area." Strangely, if the cooling system is set to a mini-split heat pump, it runs (NoCoolDuctLoc2.ribd19).

    I found the exact combinations that work and do not work. Problem "no cooling" duct assumptions are source of issue/minisplits work. Existing HVAC has no cooling, but what is modeled as addition affects whether the file runs or not. Problem occurs when existing is slab/no attic, and new has half slab, half raised, and not much or no attic. I'm attaching 4 files, 2 run, 2 do not. Project names identifies what was modeled.

    This is another file with similar issues. I can get it to run to 39% if I switch from no cooling to minisplit, but I get a error that crawl space ducts are not valid (there are no ducts). So the hypothetical ducts are the problem.

    properties added to keep track of min percent attic and crawl spaces (in relation to total conditioned area) to locate ducts and check those limits before assigning ducts to attics or crawlspaces for both proposed (when ruleset-created) and standard design systems
