#1021 Need Exterior Finish selections for Metal and Cement Fiber siding

Request to add Exterior Finish options for (1) metal siding, and (2) cement fiber siding.

EnergyPro support has to spend a lot of time helping users justify plan check comments requesting the walls correctly reflect the specific siding.

1. ASHRAE HOF 26.9 has an entry for Siding: "Aluminum, steel or vinyl", hoillow-backed, Resistance 0.62. I propose to use these properties and add the option "Aluminum, steel or vinyl siding"
2. Same table has an entry for "Siding, Asbestos/cement, lapped", R 0.21
   I propose to add en entry for "Hardboard or Asbestos/cement siding"
