ISSUE:
All Small Office ruleset implementation tests have bad Attic floor geometry (erroneous co-ordinates) which are causing the floor areas to be calculated incorrectly. This error might have been in existence since when the model geometry was initially generated from OS. It could have been a geometry handling error in the forward translator which provided erroneous floor geometry (co-ordinates), due to the complex Attic Floor configuration. The single attic floor spans 4 perimeters spaces, 1 core space and also overhangs from the exterior floors.
Proposed Fix:
The current OS studio forward translators are handling the complex Attic floor configuration and are able to generate accurate floor geometry (co-ordinates). All Attic floor geometry in the small office models need to be updated with the new corrected geometry.
