#5 Coach Loyalty and Reputation

Add in a feature of a coaches loyalty based on job history and length of time at specific school. Also add in a reputation of coach that is based on winning/loosing, academics, recruiting quality(no gifts etc) and random acts throughout the season, such as if a player breaks team rules what does the coach do?
