#23 import acct loses prev directory setting

(cbb-0.9.2, freebsd-4.1.1-release) If I import an
account which requires me to change directories in the
file selector, when I import another account the
selector directory has reverted to the current
directory when I started cbb. The create account file
selector doesn't have that problem if I remember
correctly.
