#28 a way to specify an 'all others' class?

Hi,

This isn't really a bug report but since the forums are broken this seemed the only way to contact.

I'm trying to set cband up to throttle for destinations outside my router, but not inside.

I can setup a class for inside the firewall, but I don't see any way to setup a class for all other IPs.

If I set CBandSpeed this is an upper limit and I can't push a CBandClassRemoteSpeed above that.

Is there anyway to say "unlimited for this IP range, but limited to X for any other IP"?
