#6 Add scale function to photo album module

Just a little idea for the caudium photo album that
should be great is to add an intermediate size between
the thumbnail and full size...

This size should be :
- either configurable on the module configuration
- either runtime option to the <album > tag.

It should be also either a fixed size (eg height x
width) or a in percentage of the size of the full image...

For more precise idea, just check a website with the
well known phpgraphy software.
