CatWin NET is an open-source Spanish accounting application with a web interface based on PHP and MySQL, designed to run on web servers such as Apache. It was originally developed under the Spanish General Accounting Plan (1990) framework.
Requirements
CatWin requires a MySQL/MariaDB server and sufficient database privileges. Creating a new company requires permission to create databases. Some shared hosting providers do not allow users to create databases programmatically; in that case, the database must be created manually through the hosting control panel or by the hosting administrator.
The project is now hosted and maintained on GitHub.

Por el momento tengo que decir que no es una buena experiencia. No tiene comunidad y da errores al crear la primer empresa. Además su desarrollo no parece activo.
