#4 Email Notifications

As this application is very much workflow based, it
would be a good idea to have notify feature that is
email based.

To sum up the features
- Overall on any activity appropriate entities should
be notified appropriately i.e.

- Owners of job order should be notified on any
activity related to the order.
- Recruiter of jobOder should be notified on any
activity as well.
- Recruiter should be notified if any activity with
candidate occurs
- Interviewers should be notified of an interview time
and date.
- User should be allowed to setup the level of
notification that they want to receive.

this probably is a brief set of feature I could think
of at this time and would help in using the application
internally within our organization.
