#3 LDAP Authentication

External authentication systems should be allowed to
use for access to the system.

This should be independent of External Candidates
having access to the system, which I believe is a not a
good representation of what the product is intended to do.

LDAP authentication would also allow using Directory
server, Active Directory as well plain vanilla LDAP
servers.
