#13 Reproducible Builds Patch

Hi!
I created a patch in the versions of qtm-1.3.19 that accounts for reproducibility in your software. The patch is present in the CMakeLists.txt attachment where I added a gzip -n flag to prevent the timestamp from showing up in the gzip man page "qtm.1.gz". Your software should be reproducible after this patch. I believe this same error has caused unreproducibility in previous versions of qtm (1.3.17 is also unreproducible because of this error). Please find attached the patched file.
