1) Python22.dll is missing
2) ISO-8859-1 is not pre-selected

The file w9xpopen.exe must also be present in order to have
it work on Windows 95/98/Me.

The GUI escapes too much, making c:\temp\ become c:\\\\temp\\

The release notes should state, that you cannot use the
script on the root of a drive, e.g.: f:\
