"Castle.Windsor.Configuration.Interpreters.XslProcessor.xslt"
is missing in the source.

I loaded it using .NEt 2.0 project. The backup that it
creates when it does a solution and project conversion
alos does not contain it.

Also,

This causes the compile to fail, But i simple excluded it
from the project to get it to compile.

However, then the tests fail when they look for it.
