Cassandra supports the user on sending helpdesk-tickets easily and quick. At the same time it ensures, that supporters get enough details about errors/features. This all is done by a costumizeable workflow containing user inputs, automatic screenshots, and - in support of 3rd party tools - grab any info you can think of (e.g. process lists).

We are preparing to deploy Cassandra to a hospital with about 200 client computers!
Currently there are four IT professionals working in this hospital. They manage the user helpdesk for about 400 different users and want to use Cassandra as optional system to collect error reports.
In a next step we will introduce a call tracking system / time tracking system. This steps should optimize response times and documentation in the user helpdesk and project management. This way we will give these guys some time back!... read more

It is designed to run with no depencies (except .NET 2.0) and is easily deployable and updateable.
