#8 Error creating 'shield_generator'

when i use the shield I get
Error creating 'shield_generator' (Make sure the file is AddCSLuaFile'd and there aren't any errors!) and an invisible item spawns
the item shows fine on spawnlist and looks to be creating its shadow and is undoable
no other errors seem to pop up im using the latest SVN from 5\1\2013
