#1 Visualisation not working

Hi, the card sort data has been collected but cannot
be viewed. The 'start vizualisation' button does not
appear to work as it did when I first tried it out.
The button doesn't stay pressed and there is no
visualisation output.

Any chance of some help? I've got lots of data I
can't see. Is it possible to view or open the data in
any other way or with any other software?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
