#15 SIGSEGV in libecos.so.1.0.1

Calling 'cyg_mempool_fix_try_alloc'
or 'cyg_mempool_var_try_alloc' from the
USER_START_ROUTINE or an ISR results in a segmentation
fault in libecos.so.1.0.1. When called from inside a
thread routine it works fine. Used CarbonKernel 1.4
(Hope), compiled it with gcc-2.95.2.
