We are using MapServer version 5.6.5, released 13 July 2010.

Looking at the MapServer compilation notes

• We used all the highly recommended libraries
• From the optional libaries, we used
  • libtiff
  • libgeotiff
  • libjpeg
  • GEOS
  • libxml
  • libpq to match PostGreSQL 9.0.2

We used the standard configure script
