#83 Tree structure for fluxes and stocks (maps and graphs)

The partners have requested a different tree structure for maps and graphs. The structure should have more folders, and different captions.

See the attached word document.
- Bullet points have been used to indicate the tree structure.
- The captions should not contain bullet points.

Based on Philippe Peylin email 20110624
- Philippe asked for one derived variable (Fnee+Fbbur) which is not included in the current post-processing. It was not in the original specification.
- Philippe told us where Fsens should be included in the tree structure. It is not yet in the data so we can ignore it for now.

I have also noticed that Philippe has omitted Fnatural. I have added it, in what seems the best position to me.

This has been checked in [r345]. the new structure is read from the variable.xml
