#151 Chrome: Map Lat/Long projections and display problem

Chrome fails to display the blue animation bar and displays incorrect map co-ordiantes. Previous attempts at fixing it suggests Chrome is creating some kind of undesired "margin" on the map image within the map frame (could be weird display of margins, padding, borders, or the top attribute). Finding the layer of CSS or whatever may be causing the problem between the map frame and the actual map image have been unsuccessful so far (if this is even the problem at all).
