PDF map export should have grey background to match the map application. It sometimes has a black background. For example, if the user is zoomed out viewing the whole earth (e.g. the default view). See attachment.

The map background in our carbones web app is light grey #DDDDDD. The olMap style in maps.css. This is 221, 221, 221

    I think I asked Goutham or Andrius to do this before. It's possible that there's a property setting somewhere for the background colour that needs to be set back to the right colour, or possibly the code was accidentally reverted? See also issue 128 the map background colour is hardcoded in several places.

    Aha! Maybe this only happens when you have terrain or satellite background, and you zoom out so that the edges of the map have no terrain/satellite background covering them.
