The first bug is that the positioning of the drop down list is significantly lower than the "Regions" button. All conventional CSS techniques have been used without success (particularly within charts.css where a working fix for all other browsers for the same issue exists).
The second issue is that the drop down window does not scale to a small amount of the screen, but rather extends the entire web page as long as the drop down list (in the case of regions that is excesively long).
