#122 Charts Behaviour When Selecting Too Many Regions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selecting more than max num (currently 10) regions

Currently displays alert box saying "Please select a less no of regions",
followed with the chart becoming an image saying "Please Try Again".

Suggested new behaviour would be to prevent user from selecting more than max no of regions in the first place, with a better description of error in the alert box.

-The current alert box wording is not good english.
-The look of the image does not fit with the site image
-Requires reloading previous graphs when user unselects error regions
