#9 Config FileNode file change detection

It would be nice if there was a way to have
configuration automatically detect changes to its
underlying file system store.

This would obviously be a development only kind of
feature, but checking for changes in a file at most
every few seconds, could certainly help developers
who don't want to mess with consoles and web
administration interfaces.
