#6 BCEL version of component proxy

It might be worth a try, implementing a proxy factory
that builds a BCEL version of the component proxy,
thereby removing the necessary reflective calls to
business methods. BCEL is the Byte Code Engineering
Library that allows you to dynamically build, compile
and load new classes.

A BCEL version of the config proxy is another
possibility, but might not be as important with the
new cache capabilities of the existing proxies.
