#13 Creation of Schema for all services

XML schema's should be created for all the various
services and placed into our schema directory (or
perhaps in schema directories for each modules?)

Part of the build-process needs to place these schema
up on sourceforge. Then we can reference them inside
configs for validation.

e.g.
http://carbon.sourceforge.net/schema/21/StandaloneConnectionFactory.xsd
