With the initial release of Capture, we did not provide installation instructions for the Capture Server on Windows. These have been posted now on the web site. As such, Capture-Server is quite flexible and can run on a Windows or Linux environment. Hopefully that simplifies deployment of Capture for some people.

Capture 0.1 was released today. This first version of the high interaction client honeypot framework includes basic crawling/monitoring functionality of a client honeypot. Please see README or the documentation on the project site for details. Capture 0.1 can be downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=174316&package_id=199888&release_id=469874.

Just a quick update on where the project stands. We have implemented basic functionality and are currently extensively testing and documenting capture. A beta release is to be expected before the end of the year.
