[Capstone-users] Epic binary to LLVM framework

Hello,

I was reading on slide 47 of this presentation 
(http://www.capstone-engine.org/BHUSA2014-capstone.pdf) about the Epic 
framework to translate binaries to LLVM bitcode.  Could you tell me 
whether this is an actual project that is publicly available and, if so, 
where I can get it from?
