#2 Add SourceForge logo to EROS docs

CapROS needs web documentation. We can start from the EROS
docs and edit from there. Before publishing them, SourceForge
requires that the SourceForge logo be on each page. See eros/src/
doc/www/capros.html for an example of this. Of course we also
need to change "EROS" to "CapROS" and do other major editing.
